You can leave a response at the bottom of this page.From my own experience I discovered that the best way to lose weight and pack up some muscles (like any chubby man should do) is to compete with a weight-lifting woman.
I know that after two push-ups I start to breathe heavily, after 10 I’m beat … and that’s about to change soon (but not too soon because I’m lazy).
The woman started to do some push-ups … she did one … two … ten … twenty … 60 … 80 … 100 …
As far as I know, nothing hurts the male ego more then a woman doing something that he “should” do but “can’t”.
So I’m going to replace the fat with muscles.
And for those that ask themselves if “fat is heavier then muscle”, the answer is of couse no … because 1 kg of fat weighs as much as 1 kg of muscle. Muscle is more compact then fat and occupies less space for the same weight, and maybe that’s why there’s the illusion of weight difference.
That’s it, good luck with the push-ups and jogging. Let’s show them who really wears the pants !!
